Check in!  This will be my last blog post before we go - all of the details I have are located in one of these four posts, so please save the blog for info.

Times to check in are at 4pm on Saturday.  I am told it gets busy during the peak summer months.

I need Sue, Sharon, Brett, Lara and David to meet at 3pm at the ranch for check in. To get into the homes 122 and 129 a credit card is needed for damages and I want to be sure we have the right people assigned to the homes.  And I need David, Brett and Lara in case there are any complications with kids check in, so I want us there together.

A few important notes that are impacting check in:

• We cannot check into South Meadow 101 until Sunday. If you have been displaced for night 1, I have already communicated to you where you are staying for that first night.  Older kids will likely be camping; if it gets too cold to do that, hopefully they can stay at the Pace house.
• Anyone over the age of 7 who is not listed as staying in a Black Butte ranch managed home has to pay a $9/day resort fee.  This impacts the two VRBO homes.
• Because our Black Butte ranch managed homes have more max occupancy then they do guests, I am assigning additional people to those homes to avoid a lot of the resort fees.

Therefore, please note the following (all names have been given to Black Butte ranch in accordance with your assigned home)

• Lara, Remon, Brett and Micah will be listed as staying in South Meadow 122 upon check in (In addition to the people already staying there)
• Kristin, David and Leti will be listed as staying in South Meadow 129 upon check in (In addition to the people already staying there)
• Zac and I will be the only adults listed on South Meadow 102 with all kids staying with us
• When we check into South Meadow 101 on Sunday, we will then move Lara, Remon, David, Leti, Kyle, Annabelle, Lewis and Henry to be listed as staying there.  

Addresses:

• Each house has its own address, but I only have the one for South Meadow 102 (13738 Twayblade Sisters, OR 97759).  The map provided in the earlier blog does have the street names.  I know that SM 122 is on Ponderosa, right at the end of Tway Blade and SM 129 is on Heather, right at the end of the street (corner of Steeplebush)
• We should get the address details once we check in; for now, just save what I have given you and then contact your house captain when you arrive.
